Does it annoy you when people have the mentality that it’s easy to be a stay at home mom and it’s not WORK?

My brother whom is not a parent made a comment to me he said " Oh stop complaining you don’t work how tired could you be "

I have an infant and a preschooler home with me and I think it is easier to work full time then to be a stay at home mom. I am up at 6 am everyday (not just work days) running around all day between the kids, breastfeeding the errands the house work the cleaning and cooking baths feeding . It’s a 24 hour job you don’t get to clock in and out I’m beat. Do people really think it’s easy ?
well his wife is pregnant so let him see just how easy it is to get up every 3 hours when he’s tired
Some People who don’t have young kids have NO CLUE how much of a JOB being a parent REALLY is

I AGREE!@! My husband thinks my job is sooo easy i dont think he could last a day lol. I am also a stay at home mom i have a 5yr old step daughter a 5 yr old son, a 1.5 yr old son AND a two month old at home. He dosnt think that its hard to chase after the kids, clean, breastfeed, and do ALL the doc appointments and even school.!!! I agree it totally annoys me when people think that stay at home moms dont have a 24/7 Job, But i have to say no matter what people think we have the BEST PAY EVER… The most time spent with our babies!! Keep up the good work!!

Easy math question! 2nd grade home work?

Greg woke up from a nap at 3:45. He has slept for 3 1/2 hours. At what time did Greg begin his nap?

Everyone in the house is yelling out different answers. i say 12:15…..
BTW…this is mom asking not the kids.

You are correct.

work at home guide help!! (easy 10 points)?

well there is this item with ebay where they give me a guide and I can work at home. I have previously invested in these sort of products but they were alot more expensive than the one currently listed, and I made small profit margins. Its only £4, with best offer option and money back guarantee. Should I buy it because of the guarentee or should I pass? Its only £4 and it may work so should i bother. no one has made a purchase, thats why i’m asking. please check it out to see if its safe and if i should buy it.

link:http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/make-money-at-home…

I think the item’s been removed; I tried the link and Ebay can’t find it.

My advice: No.

On the other hand, I can tell from your question that you’re eager to try it. Look: You’ll waste £4. Of course you can try their guarantee if you’re not satisfied, but I don’t expect that’ll work. A guarantee is only as good as the person behind it, and 99% of the "work at home" guides are scams…which means that 99% of guarantees on "work at home" programs are offered by scammers. Or it’s like a chain letter: The "program" is to resell the guide on Ebay.

So, if you’re willing and able to throw away £4, then go for it. Otherwise, save your money.

THIS IS NOT A REGULAR INVERTER, do not rig a regular inverter to your grid our you can croak. Also this answerS THE QUESTION AGAIN ABOUT BLACK OUTS AND GRID TIE INVERTERS. They cannot back power during an outage, Electronics prevent this and need voltage detection to work.

EVEN if the unit were somehow altered, the load of all the appliances in your house and neighborhood would cause the inverter to overload, so it is not possible to power your neighborhood or even your house alone with a Grid Tie Inverter during a blackout.

UNLESS YOU ARE PRODUCING MORE POWER THAN YOUR HOUSE IS USING, THE GRID TIE INVERTER WILL NOT BACK POWER THE ELECTRICAL GRID. THE ELECTRONS PRODUCED FROM YOUR SOLAR PROJECT CONVERTED TO AC VIA THE GTI WILL BE USED BY APPLIANCES AND LIGHTING IN YOUR HOUSE FIRST.

23 Exercises With Homemade Ring – Blast Strap – TRX

3 FREE BONUSES: http://www.synergy-athletics.com/freebonus MANUAL: http://www.BullStrength.com

Give it a thumbs up and I will show you how to make a more advanced version of these next week!

Bodyweight Ring/Strap Workouts – Joe Hashey, CSCS

Every lifter must first be able to control their body weight before they progress onto weighted movements. Even after months or years of training, there are always body weight exercises in our program. Rings and straps are a great way to increase difficulty for the advanced lifters, while helping them gain a command over their own body weight.
History of Ring Training
Ring training was developed during the early 1800s in Germany. The original “rings” looked more like triangles than circles. As you will see in the video near the end of this article, we use both the circle and the triangle variations.

Free hanging rings first appeared during the Olympics in 1924 where gymnastics continued to innovate new movements. Vince Vaughan was seen training on the rings in the 2003 movie Old School. The only importance of Old School is that my athletes all want to attempt the iron cross and yell “still holding!”
Body Weight Exercises Are For the Weak
I had an experienced gym “guru” come up to me while I was performing ring dips and say, “You are strong, so why are you wasting your time on bodyweight exercises? Those are for the weak people that can’t lift the iron!”

I invited him to try a set of ring dips, and despite his high degree of strength he mustered up 1…barely. The rings were shaking all over the place, and he didn’t have the relative body strength to control the movements. To the point, fitness is a mixture of different abilities, and control over your own weight is near the top of the list.
Benefits
Rings and straps have a great deal of mobility. As the lifter presses against the ring, it will often vibrate or move which causes a higher degree of muscle recruitment to stabilize during the movement. We use them often during the accessory lift portion of our training protocols.
Additionally, both are portable, affordable to make at home, and easy to set up. Most important, rings and straps are versatile. We use them for a variety of exercises, unlike many gym machines that serve only one function. In the video below, you will see 23 different exercises we perform with hanging straps and rings, but we also use them on sleds and other apparatuses.
Big Three Ring/Strap Exercises
You won’t see many people using rings like gymnasts — that requires learning a whole new sport. However, these training tools can be implemented with exercises that you regularly perform.
1. Ring Dip. The primary muscles targeted during the dip are chest, shoulders, and triceps. As mentioned earlier, ring dips provide an entirely different training effect than bar dips. Ring dips will require a great deal of upper body strength and stability.

2. Ring Push Up. The muscles targeted during the push up are similar to the dip — chest, shoulders, and triceps. However, due to the movement of the rings, a greater amount of core strength will be required.

3. Scarecrows. Looks easy, but scarecrows will target your rear delts and muscles surrounding the scapula like few exercises can. The movement is performed by holding the straps in front of your chin while in the standing position. Pull the straps apart until your arms are straight to the side, parallel to the ground. To make the movement more difficult simply slide your feet forward.

Conclusion
Rings and straps are an effective addition to any training tool box. Athletes have used rings for nearly two centuries. Both training tools have sculpted some of the strongest people (in terms of relative body strength) in Olympic history.

How to get great toned legs in a few months?

I’m going to Costa Rica for Spring Break for nine days and we will be visiting beaches. I really want to get my legs in better shape before then. Right now my legs are 21" around the largest point. Any exercises I can do in the next two months to take off one or two inches?

I already do a dance cardio workout everday. And I’ve just started doing 15 lunges a day.

So: Any good exercises? Any good DVDs that are a good workout for your legs? ( i have Jillian Michelle workouts but they are so NOT FUN. thats why I switched to dance, but I still want more of a workout in my legs.) thankyou!! 🙂

ps and maybe something for the butt too!! lol 🙂

First of all OMG YOUR COMING TO COSTA RICA! I live here in Costa Rica. I live up in Escazu.
😀 Okay, well you could start off with squats..but start off with them holding onto a rail or something level to you, then do a few sets of them to start with because you don’t want to overwork yourself the first time. So, take that into consideration first then move onto more challenging things like lunges for example. If you don’t know what these are then search them up on YouTube and they’ll give you a full tutorial.
And lots of Cardiovascular exercises would do the most to your legs. Any kind of activity or sport wil help. Because you don’t aim for places to lose weight, so if your skinny up top then it’s probably gonna be harder for you to lose it on your legs.

Try riding a bike or jogging, you’ll see results fast enough. And start eating healthier and you’ll lose all the unwanted excess stuff you don’t need.

Good luck, and you’ll love the beaches here.
🙂

Are there any exercises a dog can do to rebuild some muscle for his back legs?

My dog became a diabetic and when he turned into a diabetic he lost a lot of weight and muscle too. So, it left his hind legs week and that’s not good.

swimming. It forces your dog to use his legs and hips but doesn’t put as much pressure on his joints as hiking or jogging would. Just make sure you are holding on to him or he has a life jacket on in case his legs give out or he gets too tired.
