Easy math question! 2nd grade home work?

Greg woke up from a nap at 3:45. He has slept for 3 1/2 hours. At what time did Greg begin his nap?

Everyone in the house is yelling out different answers. i say 12:15…..
BTW…this is mom asking not the kids.
