    if it was your first try with a different or more demanding workout – wait until it recovers, it shouldn’t take more than a week (no saunas or stuff like that during this time, personal experience)
    It hurts because the muscle tissue had been ripped and/or strained. For example you broke your femur – you wait for it to heal more or less before using it? Right ?:)
