    you didn’t do it right. Hire a trainer. Her explanation isn’t the best but done correctly these will do nothing but improve your knees.

    good exercise… although i would just get rid of the bench when someone has strong enough legs. This is more of a “box-sitting-leg-squat-with-shoulder-raise” to get technical 😉 but it’s a lot better than the crappy girly machine most girls do, so keep it up !
