    Not sitting back …
Not sitting back far enough for a proper box squat (of which the goal is posterior chain recruitment, not marking depth). Also 225 is heavy? Dude looks like he weighs over 200. Heavy would be 405+ for 10.

    such a great video …
such a great video and exercise as well! Love the idea of muscle confusion and try to implement it where ever possible.
The gym i’m at has the usual guys that go heavy but dont go low enough for an efficent work out…using a box eally emphasises the depth required.

Another great thing i spotted in the video was the fact that your knee doesnt progress further than your toes. Excellent to prevent injuries of the knee.

Please keep the videos coming!! *****

    The box, I’m …
The box, I’m assuming, is to judge how far you are going down and to make sure you are going down far enough. Think of touching the box as doing 100% of the motion. Going down half way is 50% and half as effective and you are contracting your muscles 50% less. Contracting 100% is more effective.
