I’ve recently been using resistance bands for a good workout. I have learned to adapt and improvise with what I have in the backdeck outside since I can used the posts as a lock for the resistance bands. I haven’t tried these types of workouts yet, so I will try these out. I don’t doubt at all that this is very helpful. Thanks for the video. More inspiration.

    Sissy exercise …
Sissy exercise machines? Different things work better for different people. I’d never advise against using exercise machines.. as long as you know what they’re for and how to use them properly.

As for doing sit ups and push ups.. that will give you a six pack, but it won’t get rid of fat that’s hiding it. You’ve built the six pack, the next step is to do cardio to burn off the fat. A lot of people are under the impression that sit ups gives you a visible six pack, but it’s simply not true.

My opinion is that they are a good complement to free weight exercise or a very good alternative when free weights are not available.
They are easily portable and they are really durable.
Bodylastics has three different strength sets you can purchase. I bought the biggest one and I can’t picture myself outgrowing them.
