    Tammy These training are so easy that anyone can follow you show us how to do them, and we can do as many as we want to get the result we want. Thank you for taken the time to show us. I am still having problem with flexing my foot. Tammy cannot not wait for other training to come out. Okay I lied not all of them are easy.
