I’m 15, female (you probably could guess), and about 135 lbs. I was in a gym class this semester, but in the spring I’m in a different class. I don’t have time to go to the gym, but I’m open to ideas I can do in my room? I’m not really the type that feels perfectly comfortable walking/jogging down the street or around the neighborhood. I don’t need to have… ya know, "visible" muscles, I just want to flatten my lower stomach and tighten my glutes.
Something i do around the house is run up and down my stairs (if you have any). I do sit-ups until my abs hurt. Squats and many other basic workouts. Also eating healthy is a big factor too. Well good luck on your work out.

K I’m a 15 yr old guy, linebacker like, 5 foot six and weigh more or less 160 . I train an hour and a half of boxing 3 times a week. Find a good coach. You’ll have to drink about 1.5 to 3 litters of WATER nothing sweet per training. I’ve been playing rug bee for four years, football for one soccer for one, basketball for one, snowboard for eight, and swim team for two. For the first month I’d get home throw up and have a headache and be useless and sleep for the rest of the day because of fatigue. I went into summer with a beer weed and mcdonalds belly and After a month I’m fkin cut. So boxing is great and fun but really REALLY hard.
