What core and leg exercise are good for developing your pitching velocity?

I always wondered what are exercises are good for developing a pitcher’s velocity?

First in response to one of the answers there will be a noticeable difference the arm can only do so much the legs and core give more velocity along with smooth mechanics. Ask any real pitching coach. For the leg drive you need squats are the best. The best thing you can do is break down the throwing motion into parts and find exercises that best simulate the movements you have to make to throw. If you can get stronger and have more power doing all the little movements that make up the throwing motion you will have more velocity. The only trick is your mechanics. Good mechanics can help you transfer all of that power into more velocity.

squats and ab rollers are good for leg and core another would be the deadlift and calf raises and like leg extensions there are many and you might also want to stretch because this prevents cramps and injuries

the main thing is just throwing long. and throwing from a mound repeatedly has hard as you can . if you have 2 guys with equal arm strength and one can squat 200 lbs and the other can squat 700, there would not be a noticeable difference in velocity between the 2.
