i want to make my chest arms abs and legs firm but i dont want to lose any weight. Can working out while taking in calories to maintain my weight make my body look more tone? i dont neccesarily want to get huge but just be firm without losing weight. can i get tone maintaining my weight, or do i have to gain?
you can maintain your weight while toning up but your going to need a calorie tracker to make sure you have exactly the right balance of calories to stay the same weight while catabolizing your body fat for energy for muscle building.
As for calorie trackers I use www.thedailyplate.com
Firm muscle mass weighs more than fleshy mass. As you firm with exercise, it is possible that your weight could stay the same or even a little more. But weight gain like that is not a bad thing.

First as your working to achieve these goals increase your calories to keep up with your increased calorie expenditure. Be careful that these calories are not from fat, but carbs and proteins.
