How do I work out my calves, glutes, hamstrings, and quads?

I want to get faster at running the 50m sprint, and I’ve heard that I should train my calves, glutes, hamstrings, and quads but I don’t know how to get them strong.
I would like to know the ways to get them strong without using any pills or equipments (like sit-ups, which doesn’t require any materials).
Thanks.

Hills! Find a very large hill and run up it fast then jog back down the repeat that about 10 more times….we do this in cross country and beleive me it really works those muscles and builds stamina. I hope I could help!
