Belly Dancing…Seriously. It isolates the muscles and can tone your entire body.

OK well sit ups isn’t the only way how to lose weight really what i started doing was tracking what you eat and instead of snacking just chew gum. also when you are sitting down or some thing just lean over and stretch. every little movement burns calories. and you will see over a period of time it is going away. i know it isn’t a work out but this has helped me.

If you want to stay at home, best bet is a treadmill. Other wise you’ll have to add more exercises to your work out. Try concentrating on your legs. If you break a sweat with a leg workout (do step aerobics on your stairs, squats, etc) you’ll burn calories ( remember the leg is the heaviest part of the body!!)

There is really no such thing as an easy way to burn calories… and situps don’t do that anyway. try getting out of the house and running at least 20 minutes or more a day… continuously, not in bursts. your body does not begin burning calories until you have kept your heart rate elevated for more than 20 minutes. Then you START burning the calories.

I read that you don’t eat very much at the bottom of your question…if you basically starve yourself, you mess up your metabolism this way, especially if you are exerting all of this energy through exercising. You are basically telling your body that it is in starvation mode, and so it SLOWS the metabolism down to conserve energy to survive/sustain itself. Basically starving yourself to lose weight is unhealthy and counterproductive. Perhaps you should begin by eating several small meals a day, DON’T skip breakfast. I don’t mean you have to eat mega meals, but healthy food choices in reasonable portions. As far as the workout thing, walking is really healthy, you are doing sit-ups, dancing is really good as well as yard work on a nice day. But, you have to eat healthy, which means you have to eat. Take care!
