Is it easier for you to work out at home, in a gym, or outdoors?

I perfer working out at home, that way I don’t feel embarassed about my workout routine.

First I would start by saying that you should not be embarassed about your routine. I don’t care who is in that gym, or how big, strong, or defined they are. They all started out as beginners in the gym. They weren’t born like that.
I submit that a good home gym offers the best of both worlds. You can utilize excellent workout equipment at any time. Your schedule will never be hampered by the hours of operation of the local gym. You will never have the excuse of not wanting to go all the way to the gym, getting dressed, going out into inclement weather, etc. It’s all right there, and who cares what you are wearing? I would have to say that I believe a good run outdoors is better than a cardio machine indoors. But I would still get a stair stepper or treadmill for inclement weather situations.
With the possible exception of meeting a hot girl in workout clothes, there is not much you can do in a gym that can’t be done with a QUALITY home gym.

A gym.. at home you can break when you want, and cheat. I find that way harder at a gym.

Well at first, only at home, or outside was okay. I recently joined a gym, and I have found everyone there okay. Mostly they are there to workout as well, I have never had anyone approch me, or laugh. I think maybe I’ve seen to many movies!!

At the gym… it keeps me motivated seeing all the other people working out. It also pushes you to expand your fitness limits, cause you don’t want some little dude lifting twice as much as you.

i prefer working out in a gym, that way i get encouragement from others working out around me.

if u did that routine (that just might embarress you) at the gym, others would tell you other ways to exercise, or improve your routine.

i think it’s always better to work out with other people.

there’s also a want to be better when your working out with others, you might want to run faster, be more flexible, or lift heavier weights. that way you push yourself to be better than your best. things you wouldn’t push yourself to do at home.

that’s why i work out at the gym. THE MORE THE MERRIER! 🙂
