Happen to have a jogging stroller? Or a neighborhood gym with child sitting? It’s great for me because when I worked out at home, I would leave my baby in her jumper and what not and she’d get fussy after 10 minutes and I’d have to stop. But the child sitting area at my local gym is great because not only does she get interaction with others, I can work out for a couple hours and not worry.
If you can’t make it to the gym, perhaps buying some workout dvds or going for a brisk walk outside with the kids. Cathe Friedrich would be my best recommendation because she works you hard and you’ll get results. But her strength training will require you to buy some hands weights, ect.
Also try to incorporate your husband/boyfriend. My fiance is my motivation to get me going to the gym everyday.
And don’t look for quick weight loss. You know what they say, it takes you 9 months to put on the weight, and it’ll take you 9 months to get if off (hypothetically speaking, of course :])

Shadow Boxing is a good way to workout on your own. Also yoga & Pilate’s. You should be able to go to your local library & check out workout videos to help get you started.

I liked heartstoned’s answer. But seriously, you are going to need some motivation. Part of the problem is figuring out what that is going to be for you. I had to lose 40+ lbs after my 3rd pregnancy and I was very committed to it. Why? Terrible reason actually. I was feeling very insecure about my husband’s attraction for me. But it was my motivation to go from 170 lbs down to 126 lbs. I did cardio, lifted weights and ate well. It took me a month to notice any real difference but after 3 months I was less weight than when we got married. If you can afford it, hire a personal trainer and go to the gym. I have a friend who hates exercise and this is the only way she can lose weight/inches.
You say you looove to eat. But what do you love to eat? I know some pretty hearty eaters but they eat healthy and stay slender. Do you love to eat french fries and donuts and drink sugary soda? If so, that’s gotta stop. If you simply love to eat, get on a low carb eating plan. Eat more meat and less starchy foods like noodles, rice, potatos and bread. Eat most vegetables and plenty of them but maybe cut it down to 1 apple a day instead of 5 bananas (if you know what I mean). Hope this helps. If you’d like a mothering mentor, visit my profile and website listed under my pic. Good luck in all your future endeavors!
