My thighs arent fat, but they are a little jiggly and skinny. i wanna add muscle and make them bigger thicker and stronger. any one know any god excercises specific to this area?? thanx so much
Having been a bodybuilder for 30 years i have vast knowledge of how to improve certain areas of one’s body. You must first be on a balanced diet and then subtract 500 calories per day.. Then start a walking program, and for your thghs and hips i would reccomend Incline leg Press using light weights and high reps. then Seated Leg Extensions, Lying Leg Curls, also using light weights and high reps. You can contact me at dcprice1@shaw.ca for more help.
