What exercises can you do at home without work out equipment?

Are there some easy exercises you can do at home without work out equipment that will help you lose weight fast? I already know to drink plenty of water and eat right, I just need more ideas for exercising.

Theres all kinds of stuff you can do at home to help you loose weight. The main idea you need to focus on is "keeping your workouts aerobic". Keep your heartrate up and push till muscle fatigue.

Exercises to do at home with no weights:
squats
lunges
pushups
dips
knee raises
burpies
skipping
etc
etc

Lots and lots of things to do, again, the main goal is to keep your heart rate up. Do 30-60 seconds of a high intensity exercise (any exercise, just push hard) then rest with a 30sec low intensity exercise….than 60 sec high and 60 sec low. Mix and match high intensities and lows… sweat, push and make sure when you are done you are tired. You will loose weight, gain a "little" muscle.
