My hair is so dried out and not silky or soft. I have always dreamed of having silky, soft hair. Every shampoo and conditioner I use does not work! Are there any simple, EASY home remedies for this without having to go to the store? I’m seriously so desperate. I’ve even spent money on Nexxus which doesn’t work, either. I’m wasting money!
Thanks!
Try not to brush your hair when its damp or wet, your hair is very fragile when its wet and brushing can cause frizz. Some home remedies you can use to save you money are Mayonnaise and avocado oil ( You can just use Mayonnaise if you don’t have Avocado oil ) Spread it over your hair just like you would with conditioner, Make sure you have a lot of time because you need to leave it on for at least 3 hours for it to work. For the best results leave it on overnight and cover it with plastic or tinfoil to keep the heat in and for the mixture to go right through your hair. after you have washed it out use your normal shampoo and conditioner.
You can also rub lemon juice into your roots to make them look shiny but if you have dark hair don’t leave it on out in the sunlight because it will lighten your hair.
Try to use as little chemicals and heat as possible. if your going to use heat make sure you use a heat protector.
When you shampoo and condition your hair rinse it out with cold water this helps your hair look more shiny and radiant.
Hope this helped π
I found conditioner or leave in conditioner helps, also preventing damage helps (if swimming in a pool wear a cap to protect from the chlorine) or try not to dye your hair (coloring my hair made it frizzy and rough) Also I found not washing my hair every day but every other day also helps because it allows my hairs natural oils to help it

there is one shampoo and conditioner you can use called. also you can get a keratin treatment but those are a little pricy. they are worth it though! they eliminate needs for you to use heat on your hair and the keratin shampoo/conditioner you are supposed to use afterward keep your hair healthy and happy:)
