how can i get rid of this horrible stuffed up nose?

i need help please anybody. last night i woke up and i had trouble breathing.this morning it felt like i stopped breathing for a second or 2. i just got out of the shower it worked then it came back. i need stuff i can do at home with like no docter but if needed i guess a doctor. try to give me simple easy home stuff and no food suggestions.

take a microwave safe dish and put water in it, and put it in there for about 5 minutes, it will come out streaming hot so be careful. Then put it on a hot pad, take a towel and put it over your head, lean over and take deep breaths. It will clear up your congestion, but you may wanna do this for about 15-20 minutes, when you feel it start getting better, go get a tissue and blow your guts out! Do this everyday, and take some nasal spray at the same time.,.
This ALWAYS works for me!

    Clariten will do the work for you. Want something stronger then go with zyrtec.

    Try something like Nutrasilver in a emptied out nasal mister with purified water.Its all natural and very effective.Chemtrails humm research that too.
