Well it was a long time coming but it is finally here. Thanks for your patience guys we have had some serious editing/rendering issues while making this montage but it’s finally here!

I never pretend to be some sort of MW2 “prodigy” so it’s not going to be full of the most amazing gameplay you will ever see (although there are some great clips) but it is beautifully edited with great music so I hope you find it entertaining! XD

I’m really pleased with what we have produced especially the music choice as I searched through hundereds of songs and mixed the music myself.

This montage was edited by xI3en with a little help by myself so please show your appreciation for his efforts and go subscribe to his channel where he also makes and edits his own montages and creates tutorials.

Elevated lunges are a tremendous exercise for your glutes and hamstrings as well as your quadriceps.

Have either a stable (i.e. Reebok step) or unstable surface (i.e. BOSU ball) to put your foot on. The unstable is more difficult.

Place your front foot flat on the step. Bring your back foot behind you and have your weight on the ball of your foot.

Keep your knee directly on top of your ankle in order to benefit your glutes, hamstrings and quads evenly.

Keep your front knee right above you ankle and lower your back knee until it is about 1 inch above the floor, and raise yourself back up all the way to the top, and squeeze your legs and butt.

You can also perform push-back lunges from the same position. Simply push yourself back to the original position after you do each lunge. You can alternate your legs or do a set of each leg at a time.

Lunges are a great whole leg workout that you can do at home with simple, inexpensive equipment. This video clip shows proper form of this exercise. If you have a history of knee problems you should not attempt this unless under the direct supervision of your physical therapist.

As with any dumbbell exercise, form is key if you want to maximize your muscle building efforts and minimize the chance of injury.

Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.
