I ride horses and … I ride horses and do show jumping, so this exercise set was particularly appealing for me. The stationary lunges are great for balance, which was the key selling point. At first I thought it would never happen for me, but now I’m so happy I stuck with it! And I still feel the burn!!!!!
I was a cheerleader … I was a cheerleader and I don’t think this will help you with toe touches honestly. What does help a TON are straddle leg lifts. Sit on the floor and spread your legs apart making a “V” with your legs. Lift each leg up using the muscles in your hips and thighs. Pulse it for 10 on each side, then lift both and pulse 10. This helped my jumps SOOO much and they were inverted by the time I graduated high school. Good luck!
For those worrying … For those worrying about their legs getting bigger, they will not, unless you gain extra body fat. The only reason people “bulk up” is because they basically are eating too much.
if you want things … if you want things smaller cardio is the best way. if you want things toned then do something like this. if you’re planning on using a lot of weight do a combo of both.
Yaaaaaayyyyy!!!! … Yaaaaaayyyyy!!!! After not working out for so so long, this video was an excellent way to wake up my thighs and calves.. It was simple yet effective. I fully intend to keep it up!
Hold 5 lb weights … Hold 5 lb weights on either hand once you get good at this workout – it really ramps up the intensity! Even with the last set of exercises hold the weights while you’re switching arms and driving the knee up for a little bit of strength training for the arms too!

Muscles grow from either sarcoplasmic hypertrophy or microfibrillar hypertrophy.
What diet an exerciser eats as well as the approach to exercising governs which type of hypertrophy transpires.
Also, females lack the physiologic properties to grow muscle to the degree that males can.
Thus, without testosterone-targeted supplementation, females cannot get huge (thankfully).
