    Doing these side …
    Doing these side leg raises with the resistance bands will help work your hips while you rise the leg and also work the outer thigh on the opposite leg you are standing on. this gives you additional benefits during normal training. We are seeing great results with people adding the Kinetic Bands to their training program.

    thats right either with a cable or resistance band.also try doing this best hip shaper,stand straight, lift ur left bent knee just parralel from the floor and push ur right hip to the side and hold it there for 2 seconds and do the same to the other one after,do these alternate and 4 sets are very effective!!! ull get results in no time!!
