I like the … I like the exercises but dont have access to a gym so what exercise can i do instead of the leg extensions and then continue to the other exercises? I am currently doin Jillian Michaels 30 day shred so how do i fit these lower body exercises in my schedule as i desperately need to reduce my thighs & butt. Thanks

well, yeah… my … well, yeah… my trainer has been in the business for 16 yrs now… she believes in the same thing u do… but she makes me do what u made her do 3 times… and then some. So, good job on the video
Don’t take this … Don’t take this wrong but I love that you believe that… Because my philosophy is so different and so much more effective then most other trainers (I’m not saying yours), Next Level Fitness continues to be the most popular spot in Orange County. (My workout philosophy goes against the grain and is much different then what most trainers are taught. for that reason it sometime comes under some heat from other trainers… particularly 24 hour fitness trainers.)
I appreciate you … I appreciate you taking time to comment. about 90% of the injuries I see are people hurting their backs because they are hunched over while squatting. I also see people hurting their knees because their weight is on their toes instead of their heels. Also, when they don’t sick their butt out and let their knees protrude over their toes, not only to they not work their butt, but they usually injure their knees too. (as far as comment #3… you just gotta try it man… it works!!)
all exercises you … all exercises you did , they awsome- but all knee dominant exercises- versus hip dominant exercises. knee dominant exercises as squat or lunge are triple joint movements – ankle knee hip- involving all muscles of your lowerbody- predominantly quadriceps- secondary gluteus and hamstrnig as hip extensors.
as a personal trainer you should be more profesional – incorect terminology , creating confusion- for your clients. otherwise nice routeen.
i like your energy … i like your energy man, keep that up, some comments to training: 1, arch your back? while squating 2, working your knees? 3, butt doing the work cause legs are tired? 4 working your butt and thighs not your knee and quads?
