Okay I wake up and eat Special K Cereal
I go to school,
come back
and do about 10 minutes of Abs, Thighs, and glutes work out
Then I do about 40 minutes Dance/Cardio
then after that I do 1 mile jog on my treadmill
then I eat a salad, and thats it.
I do it everyday
ohh and I weigh 304
and my height is 5’10

its not like im going to start eating regular again
I’ve been eating like this for about 2 months now, and im used to it.
so even If I go down to 170, im still going to eat how I eat right now.
Sooo any more advice? will I loose weight?

Maybe. If this is all you’re doing though, I would thow back in some vitamins. You don’t want to face malnutrition.

You will loose weight with that one but it will come back on as soon as you start eating regularly again. Keep up the exercise but try and reform your eating habits more than just eating one meal. Smaller portions, good food choices with lots of fruits and veggies.
Was 320 lbs, reformed eating habits and am now at 180 with no fear of the pounds coming back on because my habits have changed so there is no fear of backsliding.

You could loose weight with this diet though it does not seem very balanced. The only diet I have ever noticed that worked is the weight watchers diet. More a lifestyle than a diet. It’s all about balance rather than denying you the foods you love.
Do you add sugar to your special K?
The exercise is good, but I would add 3 balanced meals a day eaten at the same time each day, small protions – use a small plate and cut everything in small pieces.

well, in ma opinion i think u jst tirin ur body.
no matter what u indulge into….but u shud stick 2 ur excercise.
ur brk fst is fine but salad alone wn’t work.
eat what eva u like but remembr not 2 quite work outs.
ur body is not gettin sufficient minerals n health constitutes which makes body healthy….

drink lukewarm water throughout the day.
