    sorry, I did not respond. Your Core in this case consist of your muscles from the lower abs to the knees. there is much more to your core then your abs. this includes your lower abs, quads, hams, glutes, hips, hip flexor.

    you can use the bands on a treadmill or most any other equipment. we have people using the treadmill, elyptical, bikes etc. the great thing is there just about no limit on how you can train. thank you for asking and good luck.

    Thank you. The Kinetic Bands are worn right above the knee and work the “Core”. Quads, hams, glutes, abs, hips and hip flexor. You can use them most any where for training and can use them during actual sport specific training instead of needing a partner or stationary object to attach .

    Great post here, you know, I never really gave it much thought how topical it is to stay in shape and raring to go. It doesn’t matter if it’s for times of troubling times and good health will assist yank yourself and the next person through, or if it’s in normal, everyday existance when preparedness is essential for general health and wellbeing. I say, exercise, do core training, and you’ll be ready for all. That’s for sure!
