    If you do crunchers with a medicine ball like that you’re just using momentum to perform the movement. Your abs won’t be under tension the entire time. Keep the weight behind your head and limit your range of motion.

    I seriously feel bad for women which have to suffer some of those miserable diets or intense exercise sessions to get a flat, attractive bellies.
