    well, well, …
well, well, training equipment is meant to be used for what you want to use it. so stop limiting yourself to what socalled “experts” say and start to workout. Lift heavy, go deep, work plyos and power exercises and stop complaining.

    stability training …
stability training is intended to be done with none or light resistance because your training the small muscles groups that are assisting the major superficial muscles, such as the quads, hams, calfs, pecs, back, bi or shoulders. so they can tolerate larger loads when training for bodybuilding or sports.

this would not be a good workout for someone looking to jump higher. someone looking to improve their vertical jump would be better off focussing on the olympic lifts, as well as squatting

    you can go deeper …
you can go deeper if u want. This is obviously not ideal training for power lifters etc but if u need good motor skills for tennis martial arts fencing gymnastics etc then bosus r great end of i do kung fu on it and am serious about training

    the benefits of …
the benefits of unstable training have been greatly exaggerated by many. The unstable nature of the exercise means that both the level of resistance and range of motion have to be greatly reduced (just look at the the range of motion on his single leg squats!). In my opinion this workout will have little or no benefit for any athlete or anyone serious about training.

I don’t comment about renaissance art cuz i know jack about it so why do people like moosnuff and zombo comment on fitness videos. the bosu is used by Olympic athletes FFS and is so versatile. If you need good motor skills and core strength this is the product to buy.

According to moosnuff buying a BOSU(aka an awesome piece of equipment, he obviously doesn’t know what he’s talking about cause he probably thinks benching or some lame is the best workout) makes you a tool…. try again lame ass..

Next is zombo77, now according to him just because he doesn’t have ripped legs the size of the grand canyon means this guy isn’t physically fit.. you’re an idiot.

DaMenace123, he’s showing a general outline, common sense bud
