I love your workout.
I try to get one of my friends to work out with me but she has this bad experience with working out in the past. She bulked up. And somehow she got bigger instead of slimmer. She didn’t get any muscle tone either.
Could it be her diet that makes her bulk up? Or is it just her body type?? She’s pretty fit but on a bigger side and wanna get more tone. The biggest problem is when she works out, she gets bigger and bigger.

I did 2 sets of 15 …
I did 2 sets of 15 reps of the single leg straight leg deadlift and the fire hydrant exercise (the latter is not in this video, but u can google it) last night and i can feel it in my legs a little bit today. I’ll do it again this week but add another set and some more exercises so I’ll feel more of that burn! (: Thanks for the videos, they’re very helpful.

Btw the single leg straight leg deadlift does burn quite a bit on the last few reps and I’m a 14 yr old athlete, if ur out of shape, you will DEF be feeling it.

I don’t know if I can bend my knee yet without destroying my medial meniscus. I guess I’ll just have to watch these nice ladies and hopefully do this exercise in a few weeks.
