Being tall shouldn’t hamper your ability to do these because I see tall men/women do them all the time. You may need to strengthen your quadriceps and core with more exercise like running, climbing stairs, biking, and weight lifting. Donkey kicks are fine, but be careful with excessive time spent on your knees. Depending on your age, it can be problematic. You can do leg raises lying on your side or standing. For flabby arms you need to lift weights.

I recommend a healthy high protein diet, but balanced diet. Be sure to eat veggies fruits and whole grains as well. Pay careful attention to your portions so you don’t over eat. Muscles love protein. They use it to build. Your body also needs carbs for energy for your workouts, so you definitely need a balanced diet. Please take a look at my video entitled: Lose Weight with Easy Portion control. I think you will find it very helpful.

There certainly are! There are many weight machines you can use to tone your lower body at the gym, or you can lie down on a mat or carpet and do side and back leg raises. You can add ankle weights for more resistance. You can also do leg extensions sitting on a chair wearing ankle weights for resistance. You can work your inner thighs by squeezing a ball between the your thighs. Hope that helps. I’m glad you like my videos
