Probably a month to start noticing physical results, that’s if you workout at least 3-4 times a week.

Well, I say that you should start eating bigger and less meals only eat when you’re pretty hungry then you will get rapid weight gain, and for the muscles part try going to a track every other day run the straight 100 meters walk the turn run the 100 meters again walk the turn and just keep doing this for 3 times around the track.

If you follow a regular strength training program (2-3 days per week) which works the entire body, you should see significant results in about four weeks.
Keep in mind, to add lean muscle, you should increase the amount of food, specifically protein, you eat each day by about 300-500 calories.
Why? It works alot like losing fat. When you want to lose a pound of pure fat, you need to create a deficit between what your body needs for calories and what you consume and/or expend.
To gain muscle, you need to provide your body with extra calories to create the new lean tissue.
Hope this helps,
