I’ve got RLS bad …
I’ve got RLS bad and have been up everynight for the past week, pacing the house. The only way i can get some relief is to pace around the house – can’t lay down, can’t sit. So i’m up until about 7 am. In desperation i found a book on the net. It said to stop eating salt. Eat a NO SALT low sodium diet. I’m on my second day, it takes about 2 weeks before you get it out of your system. I even buy water without added salt – it’s in everything. Hoping it works for me.
