Vic, After a long … Vic, After a long period I hit the gym again as to last August 2009. Since then I’ve seen my upper body develop but my legs lagging behind. I work them out at least twice a week. Is that too much? Also what’s your secret to look trimmed?

That’s so right, abou’t most people working ther upper body’s and not even doing that propally.
I love to train legs, i just love the squat and leg press heavy weight along with other exercise’s which i use less weight.
5/5 ~ for taking upper body equipment out of gym’s for 6 months LOL.
