What are some great free weight leg exercises for building leg mass? (p.s. im a bodybuilder)
Leg extensions, no doubt. At least for quads. Leg curls for hams and squats for glutes and overall. Don’t forget to fill up on proteins and carbs before your workouts though so your body will have it to burn and build into muscle!
