do a dance workout..or go to youtube and do yoga and pilates…or if you have a nintendo wii, use wii fit, its really challenging..nd you dnt have to run, just walk at a moderate pace for at least 30 minutes a day if possible.

OK you should do a lot of squats, lunges, and leg press. For getting the cardio in and getting a great leg exercise you should do between 100 and 150 jumps when jump roping. You will have nice legs if you follow these tips.

a great way to get cardio is by swimming.
its exercise for your whole body (especially your legs because you are kicking the whole time) and puts relatively no strain on your joints.
also, dancing, jump roping, and even just walking more than you normally would can help you work your heart.
as for toning your legs, i suggest doing squats and single leg lifts.
what i do to sneak exercise into my schedule is do squats during every commercial break while watching tv.
good luck!!

The best thing you can do for your legs is walking. Either outside or do a tread mill inside. I prefer to walk out side in the good weather. Inside I do 3.5mph at 10 degrees elevation for around 1 hr. 3 times a week. Your legs will thank you and so will the rest of your body.

One very simple thing to do is to take a 24 inch long piece of wood 2X4 lay it flat in your bare feet place only your toes and the ball of your feet on it with Your heals on the ground now go up on your tip toes hold it a few seconds and back down as slow as you can. after a few Rep’s you will start to feel the burn. It is cheep easy and it will help your balance to.

Great legs come from burning fat and developing muscle. Cardio can only take you so far. You can’t spot burn fat, but running helps with general fat loss.
Unfortunately, running doesn’t really provide resistance which you’ll need to help build a bit of muscle.
Consider adding some light weight/resistance training. For example, lunges are great for your legs. To add resistance, try 3 reps of 12-15 sets of lunges three times/week with 5,10,15 pound dumbells.
Cycling is another great way to improve the look of your legs. It covers cardio and resistance.
Consider getting a gym membership. Not only can you find a slew of fantastic weight machines to help you stretch and tone, but friendly trainers are usually around to help.
Don’t forget to eat sensibly and drink lots of water. Protein will help you build muscle. Essential vitamins and fatty acids like Omega 3 will help your skin look great!
Good luck!

I’m thinking about getting metal legs. It’s a risky operation, but it’ll be worth it.

Find someone with really great legs and ask them how they got them. While they’re answering, chop off their legs and swap them with yours. They’ll be mad at first but you’ll laugh about it later.
