I don’t have a lot of muscle on my legs, and I’d like to get them really toned and curvy. What’s the best exercise for building leg muscle? Running, weights, squats?
walking is great exercise for your whole body esp. your legs. Also you can run stairs and do squats and lunges. Skating helps with toning up your legs. I play hockey and skate once a week on the ice and roller blade a couple time a week. Its great for my legs and butt. Also the elliptical is a great machine for your legs and butt and whole body!
There are machines at gyms for your legs that help tone them up, check em out, ask the trainers/employees at the gym how to use them if you aren’t sure.
