how do you get great looking legs and arms?

HELP!
I’m skinny. (5’1" 83 lbs)
but the only problem is that my triceps and my whole leg are really jiggly. even though i am skinny, it’s still real jiggly. It jiggles everytime i lift my arm or stomp my feet.
how can i get rid of it and get my arms and legs to look great in time for summer?
i dont want to go on a diet or anything.
i just want to know some simple exercises i can do to get them looking great in time for summer.

You may want to eat a little more. I’m as tall as you and I am 20 heavier and I’m very in shape. You stats are very disturbing I would even bother working out.

    Yeah you might try eating if you dont want to eat fattening foods just eat lots of healthy stuff!

    You are what is called a "skinny fat". No insult intended, that is what it is called. You don’t need to diet honey, you need to eat better, and work out with weights. Your BMI (body mass index) is not good at all. You need to eat more protein and use light weights to build muscle, which will in turn tone up the arms and legs by replacing the fat u have there with muscle. You really need to go to a GOOD gym and talk to a trainer about what you need to do. They can even put you on the correct diet with the right amount of protein, carbs, and fats to be healthy and get to your goal. Invest in even 3 training sessions so you can learn what to do, and how to do the exercises correctly. Then after that it is up to you and how willing you are to commit to getting into shape. It is hard work, but well worth it. And just a warning, if you do put on muscle, you will weigh more, but you will look so much better. Muscle is heavier than fat, as I am sure you have heard, but honestly, don’t even look at the scale, I don’t. If make the investment and commitment you will be so much happier. You wont get any magic fix, it is work, so you will have to put effort into getting the way you want. So in other words, you cant be lazy to get the body you want.
