Having a pair great legs is one of the great assets we can be proud of, yes especially for us women. How can we maintain or achieve that? Exercise! There are so many options for great leg exercises, with or without machines are both a big help for having a sexier and healthier legs. Below are some of the basic great leg exercises.
The Squat, yes the mighty squat. You’ll build up enormous strength and muscle size in your legs with this exercise. Squat exercise perhaps for others could be the best exercise to develop a firm and healthy legs. You can do this also in a natural way without going to the gym and lifting something using machines. Like leaning on wall for 10 minutes for the starters until you end up doing it for 15-30 minutes after doing it for few days. Although squats are normally done with a barbell on your back, it is possible to do them without any weight.
Nothing beats walking. It’s the easiest way and most comfortable way for leg exercise. Its either you walk on the beach, you walk on the park, walk your dog, they’re all comfortable way of simple leg exercise. Running and biking on the other end are great too! You lose more fats and it gives us more benefits to have a healthy heart.
Some of the great leg exercises like the lunge, calf raise, lying leg curl, leg extension, leg press are the exercises you can do at the gym or in the comfortable of your own home. Our legs have very strong muscles. No matter which leg workout routine you choose, you’ll find that you can lift heavier weights during your leg workouts than with other routines and with this happens, one day you’ll just notice that your legs are taking shape!

deadlifts and pulling motions to develop the hamstrings (and usually lower back)
Working on strength and a lot of practice. There’s an exercise that I used/still use today.
Find a place where your leg can rest, place the leg in back extension and place it on that place. Then work on lifting your leg off of that for a few seconds. Do that for a few days and keep working up a little higher.
Make sure you don’t push too hard only try to hold it for 4-8 seconds at a time.

Another easy way to add variety to your leg training on the Powertec Shape System is to add the Powertec Leg Lift Attachment. This will enable you to do leg extensions and leg curls.
