Having great legs cannot be achieved for just a day, you have to earn for it. What would be the best way to have a nice and great pair of legs than to exercise!
Great legs should have endurance. Walking, running and jogging are some of the basic actions that we usually do that can be considered as exercises for great legs. There are still lots of actions that we do in our daily routine that can be a big help in having great legs.
Here are some exercises for great legs:
Stretching. Position yourself on hands and knees with back straight. Bend your left knee forward and up to chest, then extend back. Repeat until you get tired.
Kneeling. Stand straight and kneel on floor and keep the body in a straight line. If you feel that your thighs are stronger, you are doing a great job. Repeat as many as possible.
Bending. Feet should be apart, palms at the back. Raise your toes, then bend knees and push those outwards, making the body to a crouching position, and straight your legs. Repeat until you perspire.
Bouncing. Sit on floor and spread your legs like a v and bend your knees slowly. Stretch your legs and bounce back of knees on floor and bring your legs together. Repeat when necessary.
Having great legs is supposed to be an advantage for those possessing it. We should make use of it in a good way and influence others to follow the exercises for great legs. Everybody has the right to have great legs. Let us not deprive them of that.
