ive been working out for a couple weeks now but i have like nothing to show from it
Push ups, planks, sit ups, crunches, pull ups, chin ups. I don’t know your goal, but if it’s muscle mass the results come in months after months, year after year of training. Don’t workout the same muscle group everyday. Your muscle gets worked out when you workout, while when you rest, that is the time when they really build up and get stronger. For a successful result you have to have the right workout, diet, and the rest.
